Terms of Service

These terms apply whenever you book an appointment, place an order, or apply to the Academy through pinkiesbeautybar.com. By using this site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't book through the site — you're always welcome to call the studio directly instead.

Booking & appointments

When you book, we ask for a card on file through our payment processor, Stripe. Your card is not charged at the time of booking — it's held securely to cover the cancellation policy below.

24-hour cancellation policy: you can cancel or reschedule free of charge up until 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations inside that window, and no-shows, are automatically charged a fee to the card on file, as shown at checkout.

For group bookings, one card covers the whole group; the organizer is responsible for any cancellation or no-show fees for everyone in the group.

Minors

Piercing clients under 18 must be accompanied in person by a parent or legal guardian, with valid photo ID and proof of guardianship (a birth certificate or legal documents) — the name on the ID must match the name on the guardianship document. This can't be completed online; it happens at the studio at the time of the appointment.

Health & safety

Please tell us about any allergies, skin conditions, pregnancy, or medical concerns before your service — some services aren't recommended in certain situations, and it's your responsibility to let us know. Follow the aftercare instructions we give you; results and healing depend on it. As with any piercing, tattoo, or nail service, individual reactions can occur — we use sterile, single-use needles and implant-grade titanium jewelry for piercings, and follow standard sanitation practices for every service.

Shop orders

Product listings, pricing, and availability are subject to change. Orders are fulfilled in the order received; if an item you ordered is out of stock, we'll reach out about a substitution or refund. Reach out to info@pinkiesbeautybar.com about a return or exchange within 14 days of purchase — opened skincare and cosmetics can't be returned for hygiene reasons, but we'll always work with you if something arrived damaged or wrong.

Pinkies Academy

Applying to the Academy doesn't guarantee a seat — cohorts are limited and reviewed on a rolling basis. Membership pricing, curriculum, and schedule are described at the time you enroll and may be updated for future cohorts.

Limitation of liability

We do our best to get every detail right, but pricing, availability, and scheduling shown on this site can occasionally contain errors, which we'll always work with you to resolve. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any issue arising from your use of this site or our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our studio or services change. We'll update the "last updated" date above when we do. Continuing to book or shop with us after a change means you accept the updated terms.
